Claire Mann, Cert PFS
Trainee Paraplanner

Claire joined CFM in September 2007. Claire has recently been promoted to a trainee paraplanner which involves providing technical/research support to Emma Ames' clients having been Emma's administration assistant since 2007. Claire has seven years experience within the financial services profession. Claire holds the Certificate in Financial Planning and is now studying towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.


Fiona Moyes, Cert PFS
Client Liaison Assistant

Fiona joined Cathedral in 2004 and provides administrative support to clients of Keith Owen and Harry Bailey. Prior to that she had worked for financial services providers for more than five years. Fiona holds the Certificate in Financial Planning which she has obtained whilst working for Cathedral.


Hayley Richards, Cert PFS
Client Liaison Assistant

Hayley joined Cathedral in January 2002 and provides administrative support to clients of Tim Ames and Neil Gore. She has over ten years' administration experience within the financial services profession. Hayley holds the Certificate in Financial Administration and the Certificate in Financial Planning.


Ed Holbrook
Trainee Paraplanner

Ed joined Cathedral in August 2010 and currently assists the Financial Planners with their planning and research. Ed has over five years' experience within the financial services arena and following completion of several professional qualifications is now working towards achieving the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.


Chris Brocksom
Trainee Paraplanner

Chris joined Cathedral in May 2011. He has a background in commercial and financial management in the construction industry and is now establishing a new career in Financial Services. He is currently working in a support role in the team and studying towards achieving the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.


Fiona Woods
Client Liaison Assistant

Fiona has been a member of support staff in varying posts in finance since 1986, having worked for Derek Parry Ltd in Sidmouth before the company was taken over by Cathedral in 2005. Her presence in Sidmouth office provides their clients with reassuring continuity.


Gail Page
Client Liaison Assistant

Gail originally joined Cathedral in January 2001 and was with the company for three years. After leaving to bring up a family she returned to the company in May 2011 as an assistant to Emma Ames. Gail has been in the financial services profession in an administrative role since 1987 and attained the Financial Planning Certificate in 2000.


Steve Vernon, Cert PFS
Client Liaison Assistant

Steve joined Cathedral's Sidmouth Office in 2007 after a period as manager then adviser in Bank Assurance. Prior to this Steve had a career in management in industry, during which time he became an Associate Member of the Institute of Industrial Managers and a Member of the Institute of Work Study Practitioners. He is a member of the Personal Finance Society.


Tricia King
Mortgage Liaison Assistant

Tricia joined Cathedral in January 2006 to work as the Mortgage Liaison Assistant to Finlay Morley. When not liaising with clients and mortgage providers, Tricia acts as the receptionist for our Exeter office.


Mark Cudmore
Practice Accountant

Mark joined Cathedral in October 1996 to look after the company's day to day accounts. Mark is currently studying towards the Association of Tax Technicians qualification which will assist him in his work on clients' tax returns.


Jules Webb
Practice Manager

Jules joined Cathedral in September 2011 as the company's first Practice Manager. She is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the administration and paraplanning teams throughout our three offices. For the previous eight years she was the manager of an accounts department for a local firm of estate agents. This included Flat Lettings and Block Flat Management departments and managing the company accounts.
