The Directors are delighted to announce that CFM has been awarded the 3-Star Investor in Customers (IIC) Award. The award was presented by IIC Director Neil Craig in recognition of CFM’s exceptional results from their client feedback. Emma Ames, CFM Director, would like to extend her thanks to all of our clients who took time to respond to the questionnaire which demonstrated their extreme satisfaction in the quality of service provided by CFM. Emma said: "We pride ourselves in the high level of service we provide to our clients and it is particularly pleasing to receive independent confirmation that our efforts are appreciated by them".

Tim Ames and Emma Ames at the 2008 Citywire conference, held at the Old Billingsgate in the City of London on the 17th January. Commenting
on the firm's success Tim said "We are really proud to have won this Award. The South West region has some of the best IFAs in the UK. The award
reflects the hard work and enthusiasm that the team at Cathedral have made over the past year".
