The Directors are delighted to welcome Julie (Jules)
Webb to the CFM team as our new Practice Manager. Jules will be responsible for managing and
co-ordinating the administration and paraplanning team throughout the three offices.
Previously Jules was responsible for the accounting activities at a well established firm of local Estate Agents. Jules will strengthen the CFM management team allowing the Directors to spend more time with their clients and helping the progression of the company.

Shane Bennett, our research assistant, has left us temporarily
and returned to Plymouth University to complete his degree in International Financial Services. He will be rejoining
us in July 2012 and in the meantime we wish him well with his final year of study.

This day saw CFM's staff (or at least the more energetic ones) engage in a day's cycle trip along the banks of the River Exe, an exercise designed to further strengthen the team spirit in the Exeter office. We even found enough energy to fit in a game of volleyball en route,
although on the evidence the British Olympic volleyball team need not fear a challenge to their
positions..

The Directors are delighted to announce Claire Mann's promotion from Client Liaison Assistant to a
Trainee Paraplanner. Claire is progressing through the CII examinations to secure the Diploma in Regulated
Financial Planning. Her aim is to become a Paraplanner supporting Emma Ames in her advisory role.

We are pleased to welcome two new members of staff at our Exeter office, to further strengthen the support service that we provide to our clients and advisers. Chris Brocksom is joining us as a trainee paraplanner and Gail Page as a client liaison assistant.
